Take Route 84 to EXIT 3 toward Middletown. At the end of the exit, you will be going right and merging with traffic onto Route 17M (Dolson Avenue). Proceed to the second traffic light and make a left turn onto Route 108. Proceed straight for less than one mile to your first traffic light where you will make a right turn onto Waywayanda Avenue. Proceed straight about two miles to your first traffic light where you make a left onto Fulton Street. Proceed about two hundred feet and make the first right onto Mulberry Street. The office is in a two story white professional building on the left - 22 Mulberry St., Suite 1B.
From Route 211 - Turn south onto North Street. Take a slight right onto Depot Street (passing the Thrall Library). At the traffic light on East Main Street, turn right and then a quick left onto Mulberry Street. 22 Mulberry is about 500 feet down on the right.
